A simple raw salad that can be easily made in 10 minutes. Fresh, crunchy and lemony - this salad can be enjoyed as a side, on toast or mixed with rice or any other grain.
Peel and grate the beetroots with a cheese grater or food processor.
Slice the apple into thin sticks.
Rinse the fresh spinach under water and chop roughly into thin slices.
Mix all2 ingredients, add a little olive oil, salt, black pepper, lemon juice. Sprinkle sunflower seeds and optional crumbled feta cheese. Enjoy!
